"Food is good but service really need to buck up"

This is the first time I ordered from this caterer. The dishes are quite nice such as chicken, prawn, fried rice, fish. However, I was very shocked with their service.
1) 1st shock: My guest were all here and the delivery was half an hour late. The ... More dispatch called to inform me that the traffic was slow due to raining. Hence, this is still acceptable for me since they called to inform.
2) 2nd shock: When they reached, they opened up the table and told me never bring table cloth. The table looks dirty and unpleasant (this is a full table setup buffet). At the end, I had to use my own table cloth but its transparent, so still very unsightly.
3) 3rd shock: After the delivery had placed the food and light up the warmer, they left. I have to remove the plastic sheet and aluminium foil for every dish myself.
4) 4th shock: A loosely stack of serviette was packed together with the plates and cutlery in a plastic bag. I have to unpack the plates and cutlery myself and to tidy up the loosely stack of serviette.
5) 5th shock: They did not bring any chilli/tomato sauce which they supposed to.
6) 6th shock: I wanted to feedback all these issues, so I called the person in charge twice but she cut off my line twice.
