"Horrible food, don't order."

We tried dinner tingkat from 4 caterers and Hewtop is the worst. Their soups taste the same (a bit sweet) no matter what ingredients, as if they use the same soup stock to cook. They also tend to use same ingredients for different dishes on the same ... More day, e.g. bell peppers in both the vegetable and meat dishes; chicken drumlets in both the meat and soup dishes. So you feel like you're eating the same thing cooked differently that's all. One of the ordering option they offered was "no seafood"; we chose that but first night they gave a fish dish. I asked why still have fish and the reply was "Fish not consider no seafood", shocking logic. So I whatsapp them "no fish" and they replied ok. But second night they delivered a fried fish dish. I asked them what happened and they just said sorry without offering to make up for the mistake. 3rd night no fish but they replaced it with celery fried with a bit of minced meat, so we had 2 vegetables and 1 meat that night. Last night the fried chicken with beancurd had gelatinous chunks in it, as if they had cooked far in advance, froze the food, then heat up before delivery. Terrible taste.
