Definitely enjoyed the Hi-Tea menu, every dish was swooped up thoroughly! Good service and caterer came on time too.

Portion of food was underwhelming. Lunch order was for 90 pax, turned out leaning more towards 50 pax at most, which felt like a gastronomical letdown. Such a pity though, as the food really tasted amazing.. Pictures show 1 out of 2 stations that ... More were set up, but each side could not have been able to feed 45 pax (look at fish, sauteed beef and cocktail sausages pics for example).

Food tasted spectacular, particularly the sauteed sliced beef and almond chicken drumlet, which were nothing short of tantalizing. Both meats retained their flavorful tenderness and were cooked perfectly. Every dish were nicely marinated, even the butter rice was fluffy and fragrant, being just right in terms of taste and texture. Prawns were fresh and succulent and did not disappoint.
Mango pudding was a great finisher and concluded an appetizing meal.

Can't say about the cocktail sausages and dory fish fillet, as they were snatched up completely before I got the chance to try them. I guess they were a hit too!
