Caterer was late by one hour. Ask for food to be ready by 630pm but arrived at 715 and finish set up around 730pm. I had my guest standing around watching them set up the buffet. I had to serve them milk while waiting and I'm embarrassed as my guest ... More were standing around with no food.

Communication was extremely poor as i had to make more than 5 calls without anyone picking up the call. No one has informed me that they are going to be late. 1 out of the 9 items which i ordered (2 weeks before actual event) was out of stock and they called in the afternoon to inform of the replacement. However, when the actual food arrived, I realised the drink was wrong and upon probing, they said Ice Lemon Tea was out of stock and replaced with Barley without informing us at all.

Feedback of food - More misses than hits. As expected, they were late and hence most of the food would be in the van longer than required. Either they are soggy or cold. Charsiew was the best dish of the night. Rest of the food were average (probably due to sitting in the van for prolonged period)
