Long time customer with the caterer. Recently they seem to have some changes with drivers causing delivery time to be a lot later than usual (Still within the 9am-2pm time frame, but instead of very early in the morning delivered my food, they ... More suddenly changed to 1+pm). The inconsistent delivery time became a problem to me later personally as it made planning my time tough. It is also very hard to get in touch with the caterer when things happen. Their operation is messy where the end date of my plan is unclear and need multiple discussions, after which I still received extra days of delivery while I'm not expecting them.
