"Good Spread and Tasty Food, Fast Delivery, Great Service! "

We had ordered the Christmas Mini Buffet Menu from Ishiro. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Ishiro is one of the few that required a shorter order time (only 2 days in advance). This is good for any last minute event.

Overall, we are ... More happy with the Mini buffet menu spread and the food served were fresh, decently presented and most importantly, tasty and value for money.

However, we encountered a small "hiccup" on the actual event day. At 8:47am, Ishiro called and informed us that the Cordial (as per stated in the website) will not be provide. We were shocked with this last minute notice as we need the drinks for our event at 11:30am.

They explained the menu published on Foodline Website were not updated properly. They offered to top up the food portion which we rejected coz we already place the order covering extra headcount. The food would be sufficient.

After discussion, they offered a refund of $20. We had to quickly buy the drinks ourselves. Thank God that we managed to get the drinks in time for the event.

I hope that Ishiro would have a better partnership with FoodLine and please ensure that the info/details published on the website are up to date.
